Leather

The basic raw material for shoe making is sourced from around the world, according to clients requirement. All the leather used have to pass through multiple test to enter in the store of the company.
The company has collaboration with 6 renowned tanneries of kanpur for the source of leather.
The basic leather used such as Nubuck, Oil pullup, Crazy Horse, Buff prints & Goat lining are always in stock to give instant sampling to our clients.

The company also import cow leather from Brazil, to make best in class fashion footwear.
For the ease of our custome we assure that we can develop the customised leather as per their sample.

Lining

The most comfort taking part of the shoe for the wearer. The company has been continuously importing different lining materials from different parts of the world, such as Cambrelle, Femina, Spacer, Cotton Lining, Rock port, Drilex, Gallop mesh, Lycra etc.
Before selecting the lining material for a particular design we analyse the end use to give the best comfort to the wearer.

All lining materials used in shoe have to pass multiple tests.

Toe Cap

The company has marked its name in the fiield of lasted shoe upper. In the terms of safety footwear, the toe cap is the most vital part of the shoe, We assure that all the toe caps being used are according to EN standards.

The company has sourced both Metallic and Composite toe caps for its clients. The most commonly used style of toe caps used in house are 522, 459, 59 .
The toe caps are being imported from china. We can also import the specifi toe caps for our clients according to their specific designs.

Insole & Outersole

After the tremendous R&D, the team of the company finalise the outersole and insole.
High quality of Kevlar and Antistatic insoles are used in safety segment.
For our fashion segment high quality of leather is selcted to make the best of insole as well as outersole .

The every raw material has to go through the folowing test according to its type and usage; Tear strength, Abrasion resistance, Water vapour permeability, Water absorption, pH value, Bending behaviour, Chrome content etc. To ensure the best of raw material to get the best result.
